Web Designer & Developer
We are seeking a Web Designer and Developer who possesses expertise in both design and development. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and front-end development of the company website,
H5 landing pages, web applications, and digital marketing pages. Approaching your work from a user experience perspective,
you will manage the entire delivery pipeline—from visual design through to code implementation—ensuring that all web assets meet high standards for visual aesthetics, interactive experience, and performance.
This position is ideal for full-stack professionals who are passionate about design and possess solid coding skills; we particularly welcome candidates who demonstrate strong aesthetic sensibilities combined with robust engineering implementation capabilities.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the UI/UX design and front-end development of various web projects, including the corporate website, product landing pages, marketing campaign pages, and backend management systems.
Based on brand guidelines and product requirements, execute visual designs (including page layouts, color schemes, iconography, animations, etc.) and create high-fidelity prototypes.
Utilize technologies such as HTML/CSS and JavaScript to implement design mockups, developing responsive web pages compatible across multiple devices while ensuring an excellent interactive experience and optimal loading performance.
Participate in user interface optimization, usability testing, and data-driven iterative improvements to enhance web conversion rates and user satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with Product, Backend, and UI/UX teams to rapidly respond to business requirements and deliver high-quality web pages.
Maintain and optimize existing websites, resolve bugs, and conduct performance tuning as well as basic SEO optimization.
Stay abreast of cutting-edge industry trends (e.g., web animations, dark mode, accessibility design, AI-assisted design, etc.) and introduce innovative design and technical solutions.
Job requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, with over three years of relevant experience in web design and front-end development.
Possess a strong aesthetic sense and design sensibility, high levels of self-motivation and execution capability, excellent communication and collaboration skills,
and a keen attention to detail and user experience.
- Design Capabilities: Proficient in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator; possesses solid skills in visual design, typography, and interaction design.
- Development Capabilities: Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+); familiar with responsive layouts (Flex, Grid) and mobile adaptation.
- Proficient in at least one mainstream front-end framework (e.g., Vue.js, React, Next.js, Uni-app), with practical project experience.
- Familiar with front-end engineering tools (Webpack/Vite), Git collaboration, and cross-browser compatibility handling.
Bonus Points: Experience in Web3.0, education, SaaS, or B2B website design and development. Familiarity with SEO, website performance optimization (improving Lighthouse scores), and web accessibility (A11y).
Possession of a personal portfolio or open-source projects; projects that combine both design and development are preferred.
